1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened products may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty or damaged.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used oils
  • Used castor oil packs or wraps
  • Items returned after the 14-day return period
  • Products not in their original condition

These rules help us maintain product hygiene and safety for all customers.


3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or faulty item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5–10 working days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item).


5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and the return process must be followed instead.
