How to Use a Waist Wrap and Neck Pad

A waist wrap and neck pad set can be a great way to relieve pain and tension in the body. The heat from the wrap can help to improve blood circulation, which can reduce muscle pain and stiffness. The neck pad can also help to relieve headaches and tension headaches.

What you will need:
  • Waist wrap
  • Neck pad
  • Essential oil (optional)

Instructions

Wash the waist wrap and neck pad. This will help to remove any dirt or debris that may be on the wrap. You can usually hand wash them with mild soap and warm water. Let them air dry completely.

Apply essential oil (optional). If you are using essential oils, apply a few drops to the middle of the waist wrap, avoiding the edges. Be sure to dilute the essential oil with a carrier oil, such as almond oil or coconut oil, before applying it to your skin.

Wrap the waist wrap around your waist and secure it with the straps. The wrap should be snug, but not too tight.

Relax and enjoy the warmth and massage for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
