Return & Refund

At BritFinds, we aim to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we offer a straightforward refund or exchange policy for items that remain in the condition in which they were received.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same state as when it was delivered to you. Additionally, it must be returned in its original packaging.

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 working days of delivery. Please contact us at britfinds101@gmail.com to explain your reason for the return. The product must be in a saleable condition and returned in its original packaging. We cannot accept products that have been opened or tampered with unless they are defective or incorrectly shipped.

Please be aware that return delivery costs are your responsibility. These costs will only be refunded if the item is found to be faulty or incorrectly dispatched. When returning an item, please include your full name and order number, and keep proof of postage. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
