SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

All in-stock items are dispatched within 3 working days We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, but if you need to return any item, we offer a straight forward refundor exchange policy, provided the items are in the same condition as when you received them.

You can cancel or return your order within 14 working days of delivery. Please email us at britshfinds101@gmail.com explaining your reason for the return. The product must be in a resalable condition and returned in its original packaging – we cannot accept products that have been opened or tampered with unless they are faulty or incorrectly dispatched.

Please note that return delivery charges are your responsibility, and these will only be refunded if the item is found to be damaged or incorrectly dispatched. Include your full name and order number with your return and retain proof of postage. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
